Street placement means the can occupies a public way. Towns treat that as an obstruction. Some want a permit. Some want cones. Some will not allow it on a scenic or narrow road at all.
Photos help. A 20-foot paved drive with a straight shot from the road is an easy 15 or 20. A curved shell driveway with a low oak limb is a 10, or it is a conversation.
We can set boards on pavement to spread the rail load. We cannot flatten a lawn after the fact if you told us it was paved.
