Dumpster rental service FAQ
Sizes, permits, loads, and how booking works. Still stuck? Call.
What dumpster sizes do you rent?+
10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 yard roll-offs. Standard rental is 14 days. See dumpster sizes for dimensions and what each can is for.
Do you list prices on the website?+
No. Enter the delivery address in booking — that’s when pricing populates. Haul distance and the load change the number, so a rate sheet would be wrong.
Is this a product or a service?+
A dumpster rental service: we drop the can, you load for 14 days, we pick it up. It is not a retail product. Pricing populates after you enter the delivery address in booking.
Where do you deliver?+
All 15 Cape Cod towns (Barnstable County) and southeastern Massachusetts — Plymouth, Bristol, and Norfolk Counties, except Brookline, Wellesley, and Needham. We do not serve Boston, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, or Rhode Island.
Do I need a permit?+
A can on a private driveway usually does not, except in Falmouth: dumpsters larger than 6 cubic yards need a Fire Prevention permit even on private property (currently $25). Street or public-way placement needs the town in most places.
How long is the rental?+
Fourteen days is standard. Need more time? Call before the window ends.
Can I book after hours?+
Yes. Online booking stays open 24 hours. Phones are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 7am–2pm. Sunday the office is closed.
What cannot go in the dumpster?+
Nothing hazardous — wet paint, stains, solvents, fuels, oils, propane tanks, asbestos. Do not mix green waste into a household load. If you are not sure, call before you throw it in.
What costs extra but still goes in?+
Statewide recycling mandates: mattresses, box springs, tires, rims, freon items (refrigerators, freezers, AC), large appliances, and large electronics. They can go in a mixed dumpster. Tell us when you book. No extra-fee list is printed on this site.
Do you take green waste, concrete, or dirt?+
Yes — as exclusive streams, not mixed with household junk. Book a green-waste, asphalt, concrete, brick, dirt, or manure can as that material only. Green waste cannot share a can with a house load.
Will a 30 yard fit in my driveway?+
Sometimes. The 30 is 18' long, 8' wide, and 7' tall, and the truck needs room to swing. On tight village lots we often drop a 20 or 15 instead. Measure, then book — or call and we will tell you.
Do you have a street address I can visit?+
No. Coastline Disposal LLC is a service-area business. We come to your driveway or jobsite. There is no storefront.
How do I book?+
Use coastlinedisposal.com/booking or call (508) 737-6540. Enter the delivery address to populate pricing. Have a size if you know it, and whether the can sits on a driveway or in the street.
Massachusetts waste bans and recycling mandates: MassDEP waste disposal bans. Mattresses, tires, appliances, and electronics still go in the can — they just carry an extra charge because the state requires they be recycled, not landfilled.
