Deck tear-off dumpsters

A 12×16 deck is a 10-yard for some crews and a 15 for others, depending on whether the footings and stairs come out too.

Treated lumber, composite, and hidden fasteners all go in the can. Railings take more volume than people think.

If the deck is the access to the only door, put the can beside the work, not in front of it.

Falmouth owners: the fire-prevention permit still applies to a 10-yard in the driveway. Pull it before demo day.
