How to choose a dumpster size on Cape Cod
Pick the can that fits the lot, then the pile. A 30 that cannot swing into a Chatham driveway is not a 30.

Start with the driveway
Village lots on 6A, Falmouth lanes, and Provincetown one-ways kill large cans. If a pickup barely parks there, start at a 10 or 15. The 15, 20, and 25 share a 16' length; the 30 jumps to 18'. Height is how volume grows on the middle three.
Then look at the pile
Bathroom or garage: 10. Kitchen plus a room: 15. Whole house or a roof: 20. Crew that will overflow a 20: 25. Estate, hoarder, demo, or new construction: 30 — if the truck can land it.
