January construction window on Cape Cod

Coastline Disposal · January 14, 2026

January is ugly and useful. Downtown lots are empty. Rental houses are vacant. Crews finish what August would not allow.

Book mid-week. Watch the pad for ice and thaw. A 20 for an interior gut is typical. A 30 only if the approach is real.

Provincetown, Chatham, and Wellfleet interiors belong to this month. Call (508) 737-6540 with the address and the start date.
